Discovering his passion for culinary arts at a young age, Justin Quek is one of Asia’s most celebrated chefs, who not only singlehandedly put Singapore on the global gastronomic map but inspired an entirely new generation of cooking professionals. renowned for his pioneering Franco-Asian cuisine.

With formal training in Europe under legendary chefs, he co-founded Les Amis, one of Singapore’s most influential fine-dining establishments. Over his career, he has helmed award-winning restaurants across Asia, served global dignitaries, and played a key role in elevating Singapore’s culinary standing. Today, Justin continues to champion Asian flavours through restaurants, collaborations, and culinary storytelling that bridges tradition with modern expression.
