Respecting tradition while pursuing balance and depth, the cuisine is expressed through the refined sensibility of Asia's renowned celebrity chef Justin Quek. Having curated the birthday banquets of Singapore's founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew for over two decades, and led private dining experiences for world leaders, global airlines and luxury hotels, he is a four-time recipient of the World Gourmet Summit Best Chef award.
