Satay Marinade
Cooking Ingredients:
1kg Meat cubes (lamb, beef, pork, or chicken)
125g Chef Justin’s Satay Marinade
4g Salt
18g Sugar
6g Cumin powder
6g Cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
Marinade meat with 125g of Chef Justin’s Satay Marinade, salt, sugar, cumin, and oil. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Skewer the marinated meat onto bamboo sticks.
Grill satay skewers on a hot pan, grill, or charcoal over medium heat for about 4 minutes until browned. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Alternatively, after 2 minutes of grilling, transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
