Satay Marinade

Cooking Ingredients:

  • 1kg Meat cubes (lamb, beef, pork, or chicken)

  • 125g Chef Justin’s Satay Marinade

  • 4g Salt

  • 18g Sugar

  • 6g Cumin powder

  • 6g Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinade meat with 125g of Chef Justin’s Satay Marinade, salt, sugar, cumin, and oil. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Skewer the marinated meat onto bamboo sticks.

  3. Grill satay skewers on a hot pan, grill, or charcoal over medium heat for about 4 minutes until browned. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low, and cook for another 3 minutes. 

  4. Alternatively, after 2 minutes of grilling, transfer to a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
