Satay Marinade
Perfectly balanced marinade for juicy, aromatic satay. 1.2kg of meat yields approximately 35–40 satay sticks.

Ingredients
- 1kg Meat cubes (lamb, beef, pork, or chicken)
- 125g Chef Justin’s Satay Marinade
- 4g Salt
- 18g Sugar
- 6g Cumin powder
- 6g Cooking oil
Instructions
- Marinade meat with Chef Justin’s Satay Marinade, salt, sugar, cumin powder, and oil. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
- Skewer the marinated meat onto soaked bamboo sticks.
- Grill satay on a hot pan, grill, or charcoal over medium heat for about 4 minutes until browned. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Alternatively, after 2 minutes of grilling, transfer skewers to a preheated oven at 180°C and cook for 5 minutes.
